No.. Note - This rom support only single sim data connectivity you can use sim1 for data connection. (This is not a bug all cm rom not support dual sim data connectivity)

Instruction -
1.Download rom zip, patch and gapps
2.Place it into ur sdcard
3.Open ctr3.3 recovery
4.Full wipe data
5.Install rom.Zip
6.Reboot (it takes 10-15 min)
7.Again reboot to recovery
8.Install patch
9.N last time reboot to recovery
10.Install gapps
11.Enjoy
